Can I make an order without a vintMak account ?

Sorry, not possible. In order to track your shipping and making your first payment, before making your first order, you need to create a vintMak account.

Where can I view my sales receipt ?

After each purchase on vintMak.com, you as customer, will get an automatic order review email, where you can view and confirm that all ok with your order and sales receipt.

Will I receive the same product exposed on vintMak.com ?

Of course, we are proud to promote and sell original products, and normally all our partners are legit. However, if you (as vintMak customer) would in a rare case though, receive a different or damaged product not same or legit promoted and sold on vintmak.com, we would please ask and thank you to contact us asap with pictures of the issued product, to normally to proceed with a returns/refund policy.

Where can I ship my order ?

You can ship your order to any location you have the proper address, if personal home or company related. We work with majority of countries and shipping costs depend on each country. Nevertheless normally we sell and ship worldwide.

How many days takes the shipping ?

Depending on your location, local postal/delivery service of the product is in the same country, in general you can count between 3 to 5 days. However, some products might come from outside and can take 10 days. Please check the product and shipping details before placing your order or contact us for more information. This one said, for now majority of our products are based in Europe.

How can I track my vintMak Order ?

Please check your inbox or spam folder for a recent vintMak emails, with your Order and tracking numbers. Then go to our Parcel Tracking Page and add your email, or Order Number or tracking number …and click on "Track".

Otherwise, please go to the selected Shipping Company website (DHL, UPS, Postal Service, Collissimo…) and paste your tracking number.

What happens if my order product(s) arrive damaged on arrival (delivery) ?

Would be very rare, but if so please take a good picture(s) of the damaged product(s), if possible right before taking out of the box. Else, take carefully the product(s) in your hands and make 3 to 5 photos, with focus on the damaged area. Bare in mind you cannot return nor get a refund for "Opened Consumable used products". However, if so please inform us with clear photos and we'll find a solution. For more info, please refer to our returns policy page. Thank you.

How can I return an item ?

In rare cases, if you as vintMak customer experience with a product that has arrived different or damaged, you will need to contact us with 3 photos of the issued product, before past 5 days of delivery to your shipping address. For further information, please check our returns/refund policy page. Thank you.

Can I get a refund if cancel before delivery ?

No, you need to wait until you get the product and ship it back to us, in order to get a refund. Please bare in mind it takes from 10 to 30 business days for a full refund. Please check our General Conditions and Refunds page. To all usual but rare cases, we follow of course a 30 day money back guarantee.

Will you restock items showed as SOLD OUT or Out of Stock ?

In many cases, unfortunately not. Majority of vintMak's stock is limited or no longer in production, thus unique items. However, there are many of our Partners and vintageMakers (we included) who have constant production of new items sold on vintMak.com, sold as retro-reproductions and often there's larger stock.

Do you have an iOs or Android app ?

Our dev. team is currently working on this crucial next step and bring to our community our smart phone app soon. For now, you can access our website on your personal computer and smartphone via web browser (we recommend Firefox). We will update you soon during 2025 for the official launch of our iOs app to start.

How to add my sales product-Listing on vintMak ?

After registering your account as customer and activate your Partner-Vendor Dashboard to become a "vintMak-Reseller".

You can easy add your products in few simple steps. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you need some help, we are here for you 24/7 to assist you.

1 - In your Vendor Dashboard, add your shipping and payment infos.

2 - Click on “Add a Product”, then add a tittle, load a photograph of your product on sale.

3 - Add additional data to your product listing, like price, short description, quantity on stock, so as the quality state : if brand new or second hand product; if has small scratches or production damages, and other important notes to maximise your sale. Select the Product Sales Category : if Accessory, Apparel, Furniture, Books etc… or leave as default.

4 - Once you’re ready, Click on “Publish” your product and will be immediatelly online on vintMak’s homepage.

5 - Edit and access your product(s) at any time, also exposed on your own promotional mini-shop page.

6 - Promote & Share your products from your shop page by using our sharing tools.

About Us

We are vintageMakers ®, we redesign old objects into something New, more trendy and worth giving a second life.
By this we contribute to reduce pollution and CO2 emissions but most of all… make someone happy. And for this we thought to call all products sold on our platform… “vintMaks”.

Our community consists of designers, artists, sales people and engineers, and everyday people who wish to simply sell few old objects from the basement, they prefer to give it a proper utility to someone else, who might be in need of this particular object for a right and fair price; objects such as accessories, Apparel, lamps. On a platform way different than majority such online stores, where there’s always a hack. On vintMak.com, we are crystal clear on how we work with no hidden fees or testing creativity of users or collecting data. We are vintage Makers among everything and we want to contribute to the world and help reduce mass consumption by pushing people to realize how much value many old objects are, or can benefit to a different purpose. So we thought, there’s is no such platform online.

We offer this platform to promote our own designed and “produced products, so called vintMaks”, and often sold as unique piece of art since no longer in production our days. Our concept is simple: Enhance old objects that still have a story to tell with a new look and/or utility.

vintMak online MarketPlace, it allows to connect with hundreds of other vintageMakers around the world, share/post brilliant ideas, so as to help sell/promote from some of our users, their home made or vintaged brewed products, so called vintmaks.
